Activate ebay with ported gv number

Hello all,
I want to verify my ebay account. My question is whether ebay would consider my number as google voice number if I ported it from at&t and give me 0/0 limits as usually happens with gv or I should be fine since the number was never in use for ebay and it's not gv number originally?

You answered your own question. You could always create account first then port number.
