Cheapest prepaid phone to verify Ebay?

as the title states, the cheapest I found was $25 grand total for a prepaid phone, thats phone + activation. Anyone have any cheaper ones?

i been hearing verizon is the go to now but i have a At&t go phone which u can pay $2 a day

I have both the go phone cost me $25 total to activate and the verizon cost $35.
