Anyone with an old GrandCentral account, login to your old grandcentral account, i was told by a friend that it will now let you upgrade to Google voice.

Be very careful with ringcentral, in the past 6 months they have been flagged when adding their numbers to your PAYPAL account, not sure about using it to verify selling on ebay.
