strangely, i then created ebay account, linked it to paypal (which works for me, i know for others it doesnt) and i have not got any limits on...

just a note, in the uk, paypal are really slow lifting limits, had a couple of accounts verified and limits lifted in the past couple of weeks, and both times taken 4-5 days not the usual...
