i called them, got it lifted within 15 minutes....

strangely, i then created ebay account, linked it to paypal (which works for me, i know for others it doesnt) and i have not got any limits on ebay account for selling, weird! have not had the no selling limits thing for ages.

this is what i have always done, bar my very 1st creation, when i was too eager to get up and running again, and paid penalty for trying this other method,

however, this is the 1st time my ebay acct has been limit free straight from the off - no selling restrictions whatsoever.

however i know to play it safe and let it mature S---L---O---W---L---Y

Waheeeeeyyyy :-)

Dear **********

For the safety and security of the PayPal network, we often review accounts
for potential risks. After reviewing your account, we have decided to
close it because of security issues.

We are making every effort to minimise any disruption to your business.

If your PayPal account balance is zero, and you have no unresolved buyer
complaints or chargebacks, your account will remain limited.

There's a lesson to be learned here.

Push too hard and they push back.

Normal folks don't know how long it takes p/p to review docs so they are patient and wait in line.
