If ebay is asking you for documentation
TRY THIS, worked for me on one of my accounts. They did the whole phone call thing, i failed said i needed to fax in docs. Ok no problem.
So i decided to try something. I waited 2 weeks, called them up and said "i have been waiting and i faxed in my information two times already and have not heard anything" They put me on hold then reinstated my account. :D
