I could provide you some ideas as to why eBay is reacting the way they are to your accounts. Personally, I have used cellphone tether for ALL of my accounts. I have mistakenly linked a couple of them...

Exactly, once you get to the higher threshold then just make another. It's much better to have 10 high limit accounts than 100 low limits.

If I deciphered your statement correctly. PayPal uses CC to verify location because CC companies use zip code verification. The phone number has nothing to do with it. And Tracfone IS perfect because...
