there is a limit of 200$ before less deductible. They just put less strain on paypal and award the buyer with paypal credits.....

guys, please stop getting paranoid. It just means ebay will file a resolution fee against on your credit card or paypal (which ever you agreed when you signed as a seller) in case you lose a dispute....

Be careful when you call paypal, some paypal customer service are bunch of thugs and be very careful on what you say, they will ask some sort of things and when you said something wrong or made it up...
