Unfortunately, manufacturers and their agents file VERO complaints with eBay using reason codes that aren't valid. eBay processes them regardless. I think they're required to by law actually. eBay...

Just make sure on your item location you put the correct zip code from the post office and you’re good. Make sure your address is updated for the returns though Incase a customer want to return.
