Others think it may be better and other think they have lost a bunch of paypal accounts because of it.

I agree with rsot here. Tethering or hotspot has got to be one of the easier and cost effective methods. I use my iPhone to tether and all I have to do is turn off the data then turn it back on and...

Why not go into router settings change the Mac and reset the modem , it takes 2 min to change IP

Look into getting a dynamic IP address though an ISP that has a much shorter IP lease time.

Alternatively you could look into phone tethering or mobile usb dongles :thumb:
