You do not need to worry about a mac address, full stop. At this point, mac address is not detected by ebay/paypal.

PP does not like China invoices at all, even if you resell stuff from a genuine factory, word "China" should be avoided when speaking with EB/PP at all costs. I suggest you find some local very well...

There is no need to wait IF you are applying for BASIC ACCOUNTS.

As you said above you were rejected when you applied for a current account.

Current accounts involve a FULL CREDIT check.
