The review normal take 28 days. 14 days is the rolling reserve.

You can appeal if you like but I wouldn't. Many people here success the review appeal but not myself. I did appeal the review twice...

Just continue to track IPs between the accounts, you don't want to mix them up.

Especially since the IP's are changing by only 1 digit...it makes it that much easier to make a mistake.

The two octets are never close imagine 177=10110001, and 178=10110010, in binary.

I have 2 EIN's with 2 of my highest selling limit accounts. All of my regular 10/$1,000 don't but I would suggest you get the EIN for your higher selling limit accounts.

I use C corporations, and I use a different tax ID per paypal account. Its an accounting nightmare but my pay pal and ebay accounts (I think) are higher volume than I see here on the forum usually...

Yes. Keep in mind that PayPal CAN ask for an SSN on ANY account at ANY time for identity verification. But an account that has an EIN attached and is being properly run is UNLIKELY to be asked for...

You supply the SSN to create the EIN.

IRS only sees the SSN and gives you an EIN to use for paypal.

Lets clear up some things....
1. You should be using your REAL Name, Address, SSN#, etc to open bank accounts.
2. Paypal does not verify the Address on the Bank Account, ONLY the micro-deposits ...
