That pretty much summed it up. with a static IP VPN like 24vc, every time you log in with their software...you automatically get the same IP, no matter where your connect to it.

If you are using a VPN you can use any internet connection. Once you are connected to the VPN you will have the same IP address regardless of how you are accessing the internet.
