I import stuff from China into EU and my margins are 200%-800% with duties, taxes, etc. included.

Mozilla Thunderbird is a great alternative if you haven't tried it yet. Blocks external images by default. You can also do a little configuring in options to make it feel a little more like outlook.

If your getting 4-5 claims every 15 days and you sell like 30 items that's too many claims for paypal and they don't like that. You need to check what your selling and get proper delivery...
