Just a heads up for future reference, Entropay does not work when your PayPal account is limited. You would need an AVS supported VCC at this point.

Probably won't work through messaging no, didn't for me anyway, had to ring them only question I was asked was what was the original phone number on the account, I don't have access to the that...

This has been pretty standard for the last 2 months. Just call PayPal up, explain it and they all know about the situation.

I've had all my ID's recovered within minutes.
