If you don't have access to EIN then to do decent money you should avoid using US Paypal.

Just create US Ebay accounts and link them to another country's Paypal that you are able to withdraw from....

OK, So this is a US account.....you can call in and have them reduce the items they are requesting.....especially the SSN. If it's just an ID, Bank Statement then it can be done.

@OP, stealth works on the premise of operating accounts in different names so...not really a big issue to keep it as it is UNLESS you aren't operating via all stealth method...

You would need to phone PayPal to ask them to change the name. It is very hard to get them to do it though and they will want details of why the name needs changing

Get a US bank account by going to a branch - very few can be done outside the country, if any. Could contact BMO-Harris bank - I did US bank accounts from outside the country.

Normally you would attach Payoneer to PayPal using the bank account number but, unfortunately, Payoneer doesn't work anymore with PayPal US so... it can't be done.

You need a working US bank...

Payoneer will not work with US PayPal, you need a real bank account. The other option is to send funds from US PayPal to UK PayPal but that CAN cause issues if not careful.

I have a similar issue before, just wait 24 hours and then try to send money, if you still can,t send money, then install paypal app on your mobile phone and send money through PayPal app....
