You will not be able to just make a new PayPal and link it into the old eBay. It will get linked to the old limited PayPal and also get limited

eBay shouldn't be effected.

You can avoid them asking by a) keeping amounts low and spread out and b) build good relationship with the banks...e.g. don't withdraw to zero or negative, maintain a balance, invest, etc

1) Banks can see the name but many allow it to come through. Some dont though. I know EQBank declines payments with name mismatches. National Bank, although a terrible bank, accepts name mismatches....

Start a new ebay/paypal for one to keep cashflowing. You need to figure out who got the court order and not sell those items anymore.
