1. Santander works well with stealth accounts, PayPal and Amazon

Max out your selling limits on low risk items... No Transaction defects... Ship on time...

Start a new new stealth Ebay & PayPal be sure to follow the stealth rules..

Basically you have to treat the account like a new account. You will most likely encounter 21 day holds on the PayPal end also. On older eBay accounts I have found that a month of trouble free...

Sounds like you have it sorted!

Just make sure (double and triple check) that your not connected to the WiFi when your eBaying

If you're logging in using your phones browser on the 4G there will be no linking issues to worry about.

Just make sure you never login whilst in the WiFi

If there is no selling history on the eBay account then its a new account with Re to selling so you still have to take it slowly
