Try using a less popular IP provider

And avoid using tunnel bear or any masking addons, as it may make your finger print too unique

IP is very important.

Using any random VPN is a bad idea as their IP addresses are potentially abused.

You want a fresh IP, i.e. those offered by IPBurger.

The only way to get an account reinstated is to call ebay and hope they listen.

Theres no secret formula or trick that can help you.

Why not contact eb directly and see if you can reinstate? I wouldn't hold my breath but maybe...maybe.

In the meantime, learn stealth and make backup accounts - you could have a dozen accounts in...
