When I try to add a bank account to my PP account that I've had for years and never had an issue with I get the error message "Sorry we cant confirm that its you" Anyone know how to get around this?

those same people go to the store and the cellphone store pretends that it doesnt work.

I recently sold an item to a customer and personally contacted him about the condition of the item. (the item is a factory second). I clearly informed him that it would not be like the shelf model....
