you can not change registration country on ebay anymore. you would need to open a new UK ebay account and go through full verification
and on such an account you would be automatically charged 20%...

10.000 EUR VAT threshold is low comparing to the UK , this only became possible because UK left the EU , in general the noose around EU sellers is becoming tighter so it is better to register outside...

this is item location misrepresentation and would lead to problems , even if there should be no VAT charged the delivery times will be long and you will be getting lots of complaints

Buyers also will be very dissapointed if they will have to pay VAT

If you are selling to UK from EU it is likely that eBay will add the relevant 20% to your customers invoice as it is now eBays responsibility to collect UK VAT for items up to 130 GBP. It is a lot...

I can speak to inkfrog. When you add your token you will need to follow the same stealth habits that you use to access ebay. After adding your tokens to inkfrog you can access inkfrog without care...
