Both,

1. Any bank account which was not linked to any PP. (both same country which accepts mismatched names)
2. There are cards which works with PP to transfer PP balance directly to that card.

They will not unlock it. You have to wait 180 days to withdraw your funds. Just go create new stealth account.

It sounds like you need an American bank account since I'm pretty sure routing numbers are a USA bank thing. If that's the case you'll need a real American bank...

Nope, don't do it.

There are details of your paypal account that will not change with a new email.

If its a stealth pp you might as well load it and cash out
