I don't know how much this guy charges but, his designs are off the hook.

His name's Nik Ainley and his website is shinybinary.com

He responds to e-mails pretty fast and is easy to get into contact with. I asked him a question about one of his designs and he got back to me within a day. Couldn't hurt to ask.

Another option, try the digital point forums services section, there is an area for logos.

They're cheap and usually good designs.
