Default domain name . where to buy from ?

what site is the best to buy a domain name from . Im in the UK and looking to purchase a domain name .

Just wondering who is the best to purchase from as there is that many out there .

Also i can get the .co.uk name i want but on GODADDY.COM they have the .com but its only available via auction .

Has anyone done this before with godaddy . first i have ever heard of a auction so just checking with anyone who has purchased domain names .

Internetbs always delivers for me, good prices and free private whois on most domains.
They also take a good few different payment methods.

123reg always been great fo rme

if you cant get exactly what you want

have a jaffa cake and think of something even better

i have some amazing domains

think outside the box

I use 123 reg also ..
Always been fine for me .
Ive tried several others and they just to sell you loads of add ons which i dont want .
So i stick to 123reg now.

I like NameCheap.. their platform is clean and easy to use. The prices aren't too bad either. GoDaddy on the other hand is clunky and expensive.

I like fatcow.com....you get a lot of extras with it like a free 800 number...you can get google ad words 100.00 for free..many tools to program the website...i am not that website savvy, but I can program my website pretty easy...unlimited mailboxes...the whole works...
