I have found it is easier just to go sell on Mercari then jump through all these hoops just to sell on an outdated platform. Food for thought.

Sorry for late reply but thank you for replies. A burner phone is still a cheaper option then $115 or so to setup a year of fresh dedicated IP.

To actually answer the OP.....

You need to sell off your stuff now. Once managed payments is final then stealth ebay is a thing of the past. That is not my opinion as I am too novice for that...
