Depending on how much your volume is, I doubt you would need sooo many llcs, monthly limits can increase very easily when eBay is used correctly.

One difference I have noticed is that the ones that got 0/0, whenever I start creating the seller, it ask for the code, and once it asks for the reimbursement method (paypal) I log in and accept...

I created my paypal about 7-5 days and also made a ebay Buyer account and linked to paypal (all same day)(tracfones,vba, 80% verified, Verizon hotspot ip) tried to create a sellers account tonight...
