Thanks. In a kinda, sorta, roundabout way this might be better cause if you win an appeal, they would just have to not take the money, rather than with waiting for a refund from ebay through paypal....

Had 3 non-stealth original accounts going for several years since the late 90's/early 2000's up to 2013 simultaneously, two wound up getting suspended for non-payment of fees....
