take a look at the back of the card and read the '3 steps' to add funds.
It says, in the black box, to 'register' for pp, they will require all that other stuff.

1. change pw for eb/pp right away.
2. change pw for email account right away - forward the email to my personal email. that way, no changes are made on the eb/pp side....

this just changed recently. yes, i understand the 90 day thing but now it's even if they bought something yesterday.

under the feedback it has a couple dashes and thats it.
