Yes you should. Treat the checkout and payment environment stealth like, because from Paypal's point of view it has to be the stealth account doing the transaction, not some other IP.

Well nothing was shipped since these are digital goods, so I don't have any shipment receipt. I did submit invoices though, which Paypal has approved of.

Just supply your invoices. Isn't tracking already shown on the transaction? Unless you're not putting in the tracking numbers for your buyers.
