You just check your bank account for deposits, they usually take a few days. You can also do immediate verification depending on your bank.

Yeah, I usually run ccleaner twice, once before and once after resetting IP. Habits like that def help, that way when I get lazy it makes for an added layer of security.

If you want to be extra careful, check your cookies after opening your browser but before going to my ebay and make sure you're cookies arent there, but your form history is not something ebay can see

You can use different IPs for each accounts, just try not to overlap IPs on the same account, it's fine to have random ones each time you log on but try not to reuse the same IP over multiple accounts

I wouldnt use vpns, you're putting too much trust into someone elses hands. Use dsl, cable, teethering, hell even dial up before vpn
