Exactly i have never had any holds whatsoever on any funds off ebay. This is foreign to me. Even when i just make an account and receive funds i dont get any holds whatsoever

your account is flagged there is nothing that will solve it just time. At times it happens when your sending to a new account or international.

From my experience. The main thing that matters with paypal is IP address. No cookies no nothing. Clear your cookies yes but i realise proxies are no good. Once they can link the name to public...

well people need to remember that when you do walmart pickup they actually add the address where your sending the order to your paypal account. That sometimes causes account limitations. Most times...

The ip address is the issue. Update security questions and reset password that helps. If it doesnt change ip address...the paypal app changes nothing i find that it doesnt help whatsoever.
