That would be awesome if it's just a glitch. I cleared my cookies and cache yesterday to be honest nothing happened, but haven't tried it with a different browser.

Simple. The banned account is used for buying stuff (Important stuff I REALLY want to buy) because of the home address. If I make the same home address in my new account ebay will find out for sure....
