I know that "Items not received or not as described" from ebay and paypal dispute increases your buyer disatisifcation rating (sorry i can't spell) and ultimately leads to restriction or suspension...

I've been selling on ebay since 1999 and recently i've been restricted from selling due to "snp" seller non performance policy.. I'm sure it's caused by low dsr in shipping depot and or some disputes...
