I started to use with one account only to the Chinese Ip address ( browser has same cookies )

no limit yet or message from paypal ,...

You can use inkfrog but make sure eacy ebay account you connect to your inkfrog using a different Ip address.
and make sure not to upload images through linkfrog , they use their server and it can...

the issue was the Ip address Im using with , Private proxies, causes issues .
