Yeah I've done it a couple of times but that was months ago... was using VMWare, vpn, etc.. I'm not sure how they detected it. For VPN I used HMA, maybe they have most HMA IP ranges flagged... Good...

As far as I understood the new requirements for the EU marketplaces are because of some new EU regulations and have nothing to do with the US. So I hope this won't happen on Amazon.com...
