That's what I think too... Why don't you create the stealth PP account AND the Payoneer account with the VERY SAME name or a very close variation of it, and avoid Payoneer's hassle with mismatching...

If the tracking info shows that the item was delivered to the buyer's address (the one he has on file with Ebay), Ebay will side with you and will reject his claim. Got to deal with this on Ebay...

The dropshipper used to declare the real value of the packages and their contents. May be I was just lucky (?) or transit things were easier when I was shipping from the US (3-4 years ago).

Avoid UPS . Their brokerage fees may cause you some neg feedbacks! Used to ship from the US to Canada (dropship) through USPS and no customs fees were involved for goods that has a $100 value or so.

Your best bet is to let this account cool a bit, then add a new bank account. I don't see why it'll not work.

This may have linked your curent account the old one you had. This is definitly rising red flags on your new account.
I'd let it cool for at least 14-15 days, then try to add a new bank account...

Yes, sale's volume/amount changing suddenly rises red flags, especially if the account is that new as a seller (2 months)
I'd let the account cool few days then withdraw to the prepaid card you...
