There is nothing that said this account was create the 11 Nov. when you change the mail you have to confirm it so he probably juste changed the mail but the account was made long time before...

As it's already been said PayPal can not see your real Name you used to setup on any Bank account that you're using with PayPal as long as you're transferring funds from PayPal to a Bank account, but...

It's already done, they asked me for the usual paperwork : ID , bills , proof of shipping', i already sent everything but i doubt that would be enough for them

Is your paypal verified ?
You can't send big amount of money if you have not a verified account.

Before, we could send any amount of money via the apps, but paypal has corrected it :tears:
