almost 2 years ago my " real " account was suspended for 2.5 % below standard on communication

I had originally had a CANADA account .. i changed the currency on the account since i was in the USA now .. and that very same week had a issue .. we got is figured out and there was neutral...

I tried calling at the time it happend and of course got no where .. and was told there was no way to appeal anything
