Shipping with a tracking number will cost you at least 2$ right? Plus EB and PP fees plus the cost of the envelope/package. I think $3 is the bare minimum to not lose money.

i do it . i never thought about how it could become an issue. the package weight is usually around double when sending 2 items so you could at least point to that. why would you pay for more postage...

Just an fyi. I use cell phone tethering and only the last 5 digits of my ip address ever change. After 8 months of doing this im getting the same id address around 20 percent of the time.

and shouldn't it be blink instead of bling since bling is reserved for things that reflect light and blink for things that generate their own lighting source such as a cell phone?

200/20000 I assume was the reason they asked me for SSN or Tax ID# I was definitely close to these limits or slightly above.
