Sorry should have said in the original post, all IP address are recorded in excel along with the user it was used by.

Don't put the tracking information in but ensure you mark it as dispatched and you should get the funds sooner than 21 days.

I am understanding this as he has sold something on ebay and is going to put the wrong tracking information into ebay. If so it will work OK until the customer checks it and sees that it is coming...

So creating a new paypal with the correct information and submitting the docs etc is a no no......

So I need to buy a new ID and submit and keep fingers crossed, although I really can't see paypal...

Exactly - The ID is correct except for the last name......

I am tempted to simply sign up to a new paypal account with matching info and link it to the ebay account.... Really is this a dead cert...

I understand paypal will see that the account is linked to the previous one, but if I make the account in the correct name and then add it on surely it would be OK?

The problem is the paypal account name is Alex X but the ID is in the name of Alex Z.

If I resubmit the ID with the correct names will it go through of will i become limited?

The eBay account...
