If I need to open a new checking account for AZ, then I automatically get a Visa debit card with that account.

Yeah that's exactly me.
Out of all platforms, only the UK was suspended though.
Got my payout about a month ago so its four months now, and all the other EU platforms are still showing as 'active'....

No issue at all with paying taxes on company profit.
My personal stuff /tax threshold just needs to be kept where it is.
