Exactly. They are validated but not shown. PP balance is listed, bank is listed, but not all debit cards are listed.

It is legit PP. No name mismatch with debit cards. PP belongs to UK, debit cards belong to EU.

Not all of them are listed with pay with option during purchases in addition to PP balance and...
