Wow chill dude.... Most PREPAID and GIFT cards do not work on amazon, but most REAL plastic bank cards (not prepaid) DO work, which is what he is working with... :yar:

Are the skus you use the same as the ones from the other accounts? If they are, that is your problem right there.

Are you uploading the same inventory upload file without any changes?

If the Manufacturer is legit, they should be able to supply you with these documents and that is what Amazon wants to make sure that your products are legit.
