I have the same problem. I tried to put my EIN and a red triangle come up and it wont let me use the next button. I changed it from SSn to Itin number and it did the same thing. Not sure what to...

Update...I tried to enter my SS# and it says that doesnt line up with IRS records. I then put my EIN and it gave me a red triangle and wouldnt let me press next. What can I do.....I really need...

Update....now customers cannot pay for items I have listed. Got a message this morning from customer wanted to by an item and sent me the message they cannot pay because of the email address.
