So I appealed a suspension I got a few weeks ago, got denied, emailed jeff@amazon, got a canned email from seller performance as a response to that.

This is over a BS policy violation 2 months...

It's most likely someone who will message buyers after a purchase asking them to go off amazon to complete the purchase.

There's a webpage dedicated for printing labels when you create an FBA shipment.

It gives you a PDF, you just buy the 30 per sheet avery labels and print them.
