But other old account ... 6 month old i can send fund there ...
No card or bank link ... just open an...

For old account all seem ok so far i can do transfer where ever i want
For new account
I try to transfer from my Netherland and USA account (old)
To my New German Account ... which say i cant...

Lol i have lot of paypal account from lot of country and i get that same email in every account
I get that email in germany paypal also
Thats why i open a US and a non US account :D

For test i open an USA account 2day and also a German account
In USA account ... it didnt ask for anything ... so far ... i already transfer some fund there and also test fund transfer ... all okee...
