Did you use NordVPN? Their IPs is blacklisted on sites like eBay/Amazon so it usually leads to instant suspension.

It's okay to create multiple stores. the max you can have is 5 if I am not wrong. The problem is that once one of your accounts get suspended for any reason, the rest of them will be shutdown too.

Many sellers operate that way. with that said, Paypal suspends even legit sellers who are not drop shipping. If you were able to work like that fora while - then you are good to go. But it does not...
