Yes that's how I use to do it but now they had this PLAID thing. Have you opened one lately ? Thanks on the tip of the buying ips and stuff.

Weird must be the billing address I am thinking. I will try again one thing I am doing correct is using manual deposit method correct. Just need to have same name. Let me try again and report back.

So made a new usa etsy using my daughters info all legit new bank and address. We got residential ip we have comcast changing ip is no sweet.

After we got deposits and it gave us shop is now open...

Is this true for USA based accts ? I bought a vcc from here and it claim no need for AVS maybe I got jipped cause my accts gets a instant suspended after verify the code plaid sends.

I heard to accept manual for that plaid mess they implemented which sucks. So I did get hit instant when I choose to log in through plaid BIG MISTAKE...
