I wonder if the accounts will have the normal routing + account numbers, AND if PayPal would even allow use of this bank as they have already blacklisted many traditional banks.

I have read in the past that while in the USA, PayPal 'must' release funds after 180 days, they don't have to in other parts of the world. Not sure if rumor or true.

I only create accounts if needed and I'm not going to use PayPal anymore. I've actually been able to re-use bank accounts the past few days on multiple PayPals. But that's likely a temporary loophole...

I've used CapOne in the past and it worked. If I am unable to link these 2 Chase accounts to the other PayPal accounts I have funds, in I'll PM you the banks I try.

I only have a checking and savings at Chase. I would NOT abuse Chase bank, they will close your account + blacklist you in a second. Just do a Google search for most popular banks and open accounts...

Yes, same ones.
The one account that I got a check from did not have a bank, just a card (to confirm address). I have called them probably 30 times and that 1 check was the only one I got out.

Use GoogleWallet or have them send you a cashier's check or something else. PayPal is hold your money for 180 days and once that time passes, will still give you hell when you try to withdraw.
