Not sure exactly when the cut off date is. Whenever managed payments started should be the cut off date. But we are talking 4-5 years ago. His personal info shouldn’t be still on eBay as black listed.

I’m saying that if your suspension is from 2017 you’re FINE eBay has a whole new identity system they use with managed payments.

And after you pass the first sale and receive payout and list the 2nd item with no issues.. your account should be good to go. Remember to grow slowly if you plan on listing alot of items.

If your suspension is from 2017 you shouldn’t have a problem using your suspended address. I was able to create 2 accounts with my info in 2021 after getting suspended in 2014 from not paying over...

It’s fine to create a new eBay with your details. They should not still have your info from 2017. You should be able to use your address as well when signing up and you need a bank account now.
